- When is the time of check-in and checkout?
- Check-in time is from 16:00.
Usually check-out time is 10:00.It depends on room plan.
- When do I pay the hotel charge?
- We ask you to make payment when check in.
You are able to pay before your arrival by PayPal.

- Is there a parking space?
- There are three parking spaces in front of the hotel.
To use a parking space, please let us know before booking the room. It costs JPY2,000/day.

- Please ask the hotel before your check into the hotel.

- We do not charge child under age of 5.
- Where can I have a breakfast?
- We have room service for breakfast in between 7:00 to 9:00.

- We charge cancellation fee as follows.
Cancellation Policy:
2 days before arrival: 100% of the first night
1 day before arrival: 100% of the first night
No show or cancel on the day of check-in: 100% of the first night.
- How long does it take to get to traning gym, swiming pool etc.
- It takes 20minutes to get to training gym and pool by foot.
- Are there convenience store near the hotel?
- "Family Mart" and "Lawson" are located within two minutes walking distance.
- Is there internet connection in the room?
- Wi-Fi connection are installed in all the room.
There is computer in the hallway at 5th floor for free.
Rental laptop costs you JPY1,000/day (limited number).
